Do you speak Italian? Ask for a raise! Or not? I speak a little Spanish and it made me wonder if there would be any significant impact in my earnings if I could improve my skill. I did a little research and found conflicting views. Salary.com says that it won’t make an impact unless it is part of your primary job while University of Florida holds a different opinion on bilingual earnings.
What do you think? Does it improve your earnings? Does it matter if you take Spanish courses or the less popular Italian courses?
